Hello! These are my terms of service when it comes to my art commissions! Please respect and follow all that i have to say.
1. General terms
Usually there is 2-4 slots available when it comes to my commissions if slots are full and you want a commission you will just have to wait until they’re open again.
when asking for a commission like any other artist I expect you to be polite when asking for stuff, if you are being rude than you will not get a commission from me.
If your gonna ask for a commission please try and provide at least 2 or more examples so i know what im doing!2. Payment
I would like half payment after the sketch(and maybe flat colors) and half when i am finished! This way incase i finish the commission and you don't like it i will still get money for my time and effort!3.process
if a customer wants me not to show any progress i wont. But otherwise i will usually send a sketch and maybe show the flat colors just to make sure everything’s okay!
Usually my commissions will take a week minimum and a month maximum depending on how busy i am and my motivation.
Since my payment is 50/50 if i dont finish it ever than there will be no refund because i still spend my time on it.4.customer satisfaction
If a customer requests minor fixes to the piece then i will gladly do so free of charge! However if it is a big fix like changing the pose or the outfit then you will have to pay more.5.copyright
When commissions, your allowed to use my art in any way. If you are posting my art credit me. Do not alter any part of the drawing without my consent in doing so.6.refund policy
If i am unable to complete my work within 3 months than i will not give any refunds unless little to no work is done.
If the money hasnt been sent than the customer has the right to cancel
